Since 1995...over the past years LLB Lawyers have developed expertise in acting for buyers, sellers, property developers and lenders in the Portuguese market, essentially in the Algarve.

Our team is composed by two lawyers and five assistants specialized in real estate legal matters. We are deligh and prepared to help our clients on all legal matters on our specializatin areas during all and after process.

Usually, foreign citizens either purchase a property in Portugal in their individual names or through a company that already owns the property thus, buying the respective shares. The main reason why people buy property owned by a Company that is not domiciled in Portugal, is connected with a much faster and less bureaucratic purchase process and also because of previous trust arrangements that the purchaser may have already in place.
